At Taraani, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. By placing an order on www.taraani.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods, processing timelines may be slightly extended.
2. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 5-15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and serviceability. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Selected Taraani designs are handcrafted after an order is placed. These products require 10-15 business days for crafting before dispatch. If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order items, we may ship them together unless otherwise requested.
4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
5. Payment Terms
We follow a prepaid-only model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
6. International Orders
At present, we are not accepting international orders.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or registered contact details. Tracking updates are dependent on logistics partners.
8. Delivery & Responsibility
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate. Delivery will be considered complete based on the logistics partner’s confirmation or proof of delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
- Share relevant details and images (for damaged items) for review.
Upon verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
10. Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All purchases made on Taraani.com are considered final.
11. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, festivals, or logistics disruptions. Such delays do not automatically qualify for cancellations or refunds.
12. Limitation of Liability
Taraani’s responsibility is limited to ensuring order dispatch and coordination with delivery partners. In all cases, liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the order value.
