Cancellation Policy 

At Taraani, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests must be raised within this timeframe through our official support channels. Once approved, the order will be cancelled, and any applicable refund will be initiated.

2. Post-Processing & Shipment

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

4. Policy Alignment

As per our Return & Refund Policy, Taraani currently does not offer returns or exchanges. Therefore, orders that have been shipped or delivered are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, except in cases of verified defective or damaged products.

5. Exceptions

Taraani reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Product unavailability
• Payment verification issues
• Operational constraints

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
