At Taraani, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All purchases made on www.taraani.com are considered final.
2. Size & Fit Disclaimer
We follow standard EUR sizing for all footwear to help you select the best fit. Customers are advised to carefully refer to the size guide before placing an order.
Please note:
- Size or fit-related issues will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Minor fit variations may occur due to handcrafted construction and design structure.
We strongly recommend confirming your size before completing the purchase.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests must be supported with clear images and relevant details.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request not being considered.
4. Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and validated, Taraani will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Store credit, where replacement is not feasible.
All resolutions are provided at Taraani’s discretion after internal quality verification.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances due to the non-returnable nature of our products. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases (such as non-availability of replacement), and if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Product Condition & Expectations
As each product is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects.
